The second group of foods you need to avoid are all the chemically altered and processed foods. The toxic chemicals found in these foods will cause you to perspire even more. You should always consume foods that are as close to natural as is possible.

And don't eat foods with sugar or high fructose corn syrup in them. That means no pop! These foods will make you more stressed and tense, which will naturally cause you to perspire more.

And don't consume any caffeinated drinks. Caffeinated drinks fuel tension and anxiety, which will cause you to perspire more.

Now here are the foods you should be eating.

Fresh fruits and vegetables. Many fruits and vegetables contain Vitamin B, along with many other curative vitamins and minerals. It has been proven that Vitamin B reduces excessive perspiration.

Whole grains. Another great source of B vitamins are whole grain foods. They are also high in fiber. Consuming foods high in fiber also helps eliminate unhealthy toxins from your body.
